Breathalyser record on a cardholder's profile in the RIW System

1

Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.

2

Click on the Search for My People shortcut on the main dashboard and locate the cardholder by filling in the cardholder details to narrow the search. Select the cardholder by highlighting their name and click Edit.

3

On the cardholder's profile, click on Breathalyser from the left-hand menu.  All completed breathalyser records will display.

Breathalyser test results are not displayed on this screen. Only a record that a test has been completed will display.

As a swipe event if a breathalyser non-negative test results in a deny reason

1

Go to https://app.riw.net.au and log in using your credentials.

2

Click on Swipes and use the search criteria to narrow the search, either by searching for a particular cardholder, or a project or site. Click Search.

Use the Event drop down to filter to Kiosk Access Denied or Kiosk Visitor Access Denied. Click Filter to refresh the search.

The Deny Reason column will display whether a BrAC Test Non-Negative has been logged as a swipe event.
