How to edit and customise the RIW Site Posters
This article details how to edit the RIW Site Access Posters. Please see the bottom of the article to download the posters or click on each poster thumbnail below.
We have created a series of editable PDF posters that you can display on site to provide guidance to Rail Industry Workers on site requirements, working hour rules and access denied reasons. The posters can be co-branded with your company logo (if required), and site details included.
This instruction applies to the following user roles:
- Advanced Project Admin
- Employer Admin
- Employer Admin - No Payment
- Employer Admin - Read Only
- Helpdesk
- Network Manager
- Network Manager - Read Only
- Project Admin
- Site Admin
1 | Open file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. |
2 | To co-brand this poster and insert your company logo, hover your cursor over the blank space below the Rail Industry Worker logo. |
3 | Click on the blank space below the Rail Industry Worker logo. |
4 | Use a PNG or JPG with a transparent background. First browse for this file on your device, then press okay to upload. |
5 | To customise your poster, hover over the the light blue spaces and click to enter your site name and other contact details in each box. Do so by typing in your details and hitting enter on your keyboard. |
6 | Save your edited PDF by clicking the "save" button. |
7 | Your poster is now ready for you to print and display on site. If possible print this poster in A3. This can either be selected in the Properties button next to the printer drop down list or under Paper size & handling when printing. |
