What happens if a job role assessment is cancelled?


This article details what happens when a job role assessment is cancelled by a company, and how that reflects in the RIW System for an Assessor.



This instruction applies to the following user roles:

  • Assessor

When a job role assessment is cancelled, the Assessor will receive an email notification of the cancellation.

After cancellation, the job role assessment will no longer appear in the Pending Assessment queue and the Rail Industry Worker's record will no longer be available to view.
